What is a minute?
One minute of live conversation with an avatar, counted by the second. A voice-only call counts as half a minute for every minute it runs, and typed chat is free.
Do minutes expire?
Minutes you buy in packs never expire: they stay on your account until you use them. Your plan's own minutes refresh each month and are always used first.
What about duo avatars?
A duo is two AI people in one live conversation, and a duo minute is one minute. Free lets you try duos in the playground, Starter and up use our ready-made duos, and Plus and up build their own, from a description or a photo of two people who both agree to it.
Are there session limits?
Paid plans put no cap on how many sessions run at once or how many portals you build, and you can set your own limit if you want one. Free runs one session at a time, each up to 10 minutes. On paid plans a single session can run up to 2 hours.
What support do I get?
The same on every plan: support from our own avatar and AI, any time, plus email. Support is never a paid extra.
