Sub-processors

Last updated: 26 September 2026Version 1.0

We use carefully chosen service providers (sub-processors) to host, process and deliver the Service. Each one may process personal data only to provide its service to us, under a written contract with data protection obligations. This page lists them by category, with what they do and where they process data.

Business customers can get the current list of named sub-processors by emailing privacy@zentiqai.com. We notify customers at least 30 days before a new sub-processor starts processing their personal data, as our Data Processing Addendum explains, and customers can object.

2. Services you choose to use

Some services act under their own terms rather than as our sub-processors, such as a third-party account you choose to sign in with, and integrations or webhooks a customer connects to its own systems. Content delivery networks that serve software libraries to your browser receive your IP address as part of a normal web request; see our Cookie Policy.
