Your avatar can now show visitors around your website, greet a customer about their own case, pick up from your text chat, and more. Every new feature is off until it's switched on for your business, each one is marked for what it is today, and the ones that come with a plan say which.

Site Guide
On Starter and up
On your website widget, your avatar can show people where things are. It points at the right part of the page, scrolls to it, opens your other pages and fills in the form fields you've marked, always after the visitor says yes.
You choose the pages it knows and the fields it may fill in
In a live conversation on your website, your avatar shows the card it's talking about beside it (a slide, a product photo or a few lines of text) and highlights the part it's talking about. You make the cards on your website portal's Actions tab, and visitors can flip through them too.
“This is the plan I'd pick for you. Here's what it costs each month.”
Up to 10 cards, each a picture or a few lines of text
An owner or admin switches it on, then each website portal turns on its own cards
In live website conversations for now; never in a job interview
Available
Case links
On Starter and up
Your CRM or helpdesk sends a customer a personal link by email or text message. When they open it, your avatar greets them about their own order, claim, appointment or ticket, and your actions already know which one.
“Hi Sam, I can see you're here about your order 10423.”
Links expire, open a set number of conversations and can be revoked
The case's details are never in the link itself
Pair it with Verified customer for anything sensitive
Each order in your Shopify store gets its own case link, printed in your shipping and delivery emails. Your avatar greets the customer about that order and can look it up in your store. No developer needed: you make an app in Shopify's Dev Dashboard, connect it, and paste one snippet into your email templates.
“Questions about your order? Talk to us face to face”
Each link lasts 30 days and starts up to 20 conversations
The order confirmation usually goes out too early for a personal link, so its line opens your normal website page
Pair it with Verified customer: a one-time code to the order's email before anything sensitive
Needs case links on and your Shopify store connected.
When a text chat needs a face-to-face conversation (a big order, a complaint, a first setup), Intercom, Zendesk or the chat on your own site sends the customer to your video avatar with the chat so far. It opens with a one-line recap, so nobody repeats themselves, and the outcome goes back to your chat tool.
“I've read your chat about the cracked kettle lid, so let's sort it out.”
Intercom and Zendesk connect from the console
The chat on your own site uses the API or the website widget
The chat is read as information, never as instructions
Put your website avatar full screen on a tablet or screen in your store, your lobby, a museum or at a wayfinding point. Visitors tap to talk, with no sign-in. When they say goodbye or walk away, the screen clears everything from their conversation and is ready for the next person. Your staff leave it with a long press and a PIN.
No links away, and the screen stays awake
The AI label and notice, as everywhere
Minutes count as usual
For website portals. Lock the device to the page with its own kiosk setting.
Available
Verified customer
On Plus and up
Before your avatar reads or changes something sensitive in a customer's account, the customer types a 6-digit code sent to the email address on record, in a secure box the AI never sees.
You decide which actions need a code
On by default for changes and for actions you mark sensitive
Available
Connect your own systems
On Plus and up
Connect the tools you already use, and your website avatar can look things up and save things in them while it talks: free times and bookings in Cal.com, contacts and notes in HubSpot, orders and stock in Shopify, a message to your team's Slack channel, the visitor's request sent on through Zapier to thousands of apps, and the tools of any MCP server you choose.
Visitors confirm every change first
Keys and links are kept encrypted and never shown again
Slack and Zapier: paste a link, no developer needed
More and more people ask an AI assistant instead of searching. Your public page can tell search engines and AI assistants what your business does and what people ask it, and an assistant can ask your avatar a question and get a written answer, marked as written by an AI.
Structured data, an llms.txt file and an agent card
A public ask API: one question, one written answer
Only what your page already shows; never a children's portal or a job interview
One line of code puts your avatar on your website: floating or inline, in any corner. With Actions it can look up a customer's account or order and save details straight into your own systems, with the customer's confirmation.
When a visitor needs a person, someone from your team will be able to join the live conversation as themselves. The avatar hands over and stays quiet until they leave.
Always on
In your customers' language
Give your avatar a language and everything around it follows: your website assistant's page and its buttons, a job candidate's emails, calendar invites and booking pages, interview and assessment questions, and your team's role-plays. The avatar itself speaks many more languages; these are the ones its pages are written in too.
Brazilian and European Portuguese each have their own words
Your team's own emails stay in your language
Always on
A check on what it promises
Your website assistant says its answers as facts, to every visitor. When one promises a health result ("cures it for good", "pain-free every time") or a money result ("sure returns"), its setup shows the exact answer and why, so you can reword it, or tick that you can prove it.
A heads-up, never a block: you decide.
Always on
Your avatar can give a whole presentation
It goes through the cards in order, explains each one properly with examples, answers questions in detail and carries on. It knows your documents in full from its first word, and opens with the words you write. For partner briefings, product walk-throughs and demos.
Always on
Private portals, for invited people
Add names and email addresses, switch on Only people you invite, and share the link. Each person gets a sign-in link by email that keeps them in for 30 days, and taking someone off the list closes it to them straight away. Good for investor briefings, internal demos and pilots.
Your team
Training that learns from your real conversations, and a morning brief from Chloe.
Available
Website conversations become training
Each week Chloe looks for situations that keep coming up with your website visitors, like a late delivery or pushback on a refund, and drafts practice scenarios for your training portals, plus answers your website avatar was missing.
Names, contact details and quotes are taken out
Never from a conversation with anyone under 18
Nothing is added until you approve it
It stays inside your business and never trains AI models
Available
Chloe's daily brief
Every morning, owners get a short email and a card on their Home page from Chloe: yesterday's numbers and the three fixes that matter most. It comes at 7am in your time zone, and each person can pick another hour or switch it off.
On request
Duo formats
Four ready ways to put two AI people in one live scene, each starting from a ready-made duo and your own details.
Panel interview: A warm hiring manager and a skeptical colleague interview you together, then talk it over out loud.
Two-person sales: A champion who wants it and a finance director who doesn't, in one meeting about your product.
Escalation practice: An upset customer asks for a manager, and your duty manager is in the room: hand over well and fix it together.
Podcast explainer: Two hosts talk your topic through from your own documents, and the listener can jump in with a question any time.
Always on
New words, slowly, in parts
That's how people learn to say a word: whole, then slowly in its parts ("res... tau... RAN... te"), then whole again, then their turn. The notes beside the tutor show the word in its parts with the stressed one marked, and its meaning. When a learner trips on one part, the tutor goes over just that part.
Words in other alphabets are broken into their sounds, with tones where the language has them
Advanced learners get it for long or tricky words
Always on
Reports checked against what was said
After a practice session or lesson, a second reader compares the report's summary, strengths and points to work on with what was actually said. A strength nobody showed, or a mistake nobody made, is left out before anyone reads it. Scores and marks are worked out separately and never changed by it.
Always on
Teachers build for their own class
A teacher tells Chloe what their class should practice and she builds it as a draft, for that class only. Safety, consent, sign-in and what is kept stay as your school or business sets them, and a teacher can't build a website assistant or a job interview.
On for schools and businesses unless an owner or admin switches it off in Settings.
Hiring
AI interviews for US roles, with the rules they need built in.
Available
US hiring rules
On Pro and up
For AI interviews for US roles, Zentiq helps you meet Illinois' AI Video Interview Act, New York City's Local Law 144 and, from January 1, 2027, Colorado's rules for AI in hiring decisions. Each rule follows the role's location.
The notices candidates read, and a separate consent for Illinois
The 10 business days New York City asks for before an interview
Candidates' own links to delete their interview or ask for another way to be assessed
A requests inbox with deadlines
A public page for your bias-audit summary
The main reasons, when you decline a candidate for a Colorado role
The yearly Illinois demographic report
With candidate screening, from Pro. Zentiq gives no legal advice: check with your own lawyer.
Before a role's interview goes live, its title, intro, must-haves, questions and the details the interviewer may tell a candidate are read for wording that touches a protected characteristic, such as an age limit or "men only". Wording about age, sex, disability, family, religion or marital status has to be reworded before it can go live.
It helps you avoid unfair wording. Zentiq gives no legal advice: check with your own lawyer.
Available
Natural or structured interviews
On Pro and up
Pick how your interviewer talks for each role. Structured numbers each question and says the same thank-you after every answer. Natural drops the numbers: it says back a fact the candidate gave or asks a follow-up, then moves on. Both ask every candidate the same questions in the same order and score them the same way, so your ranking stays fair.
“Six years on the night shift. Tell me about a time you had more customers than you could help at once.”
Never praises or judges an answer
Stops the moment a candidate asks to
Asks if they have questions about the role before it ends
Characters
An avatar doesn't have to be a real-looking person.
On request
Design a character
Design an original character (3D animated, clay, brand mascot, anime or stylized human), put your logo on its cap, or upload your own original character. Uploads are checked: a photo of a real person, or the likeness of someone well known, isn't accepted as a character.

Characters on live video
Characters can be designed and saved now. Talking on live video comes style by style, as each style passes our live checks.
Always on
Standing looks only, half body or close-up
Hands resting on a desk didn't come out as well as we want in live video, so the At a desk room is gone. An avatar that used it now appears in the same clothes in the plain studio, and an avatar with no look chosen goes live in the look the console shows: Business, in the plain studio.
Honest and accessible
Built into every conversation, on every page.

Zero data retention
Zentiq's own platform part is built: once a conversation ends, Zentiq's platform keeps none of its words, and webhooks and the API carry none. Zero retention across the AI and voice services that run a live conversation is being set up, so it isn't available yet.
On Zentiq's platform: no transcripts, summaries, quotes or recordings kept after a conversation ends
Webhooks and the API never carry a conversation's words
Being set up: zero retention with the AI and voice services that run a live conversation
Job interviews can't run with it on: a hiring team would have nothing to review
For Enterprise, on request, once Zentiq has confirmed what each service keeps.
Every conversation shows an AI label on screen for as long as it lasts, and a notice when it starts: on your pages and in the website widget, and in your own app every session comes with the words to show. Asked, the avatar always answers truthfully.
By default, where it matters most (under-18s, job interviews, health, finance, insurance, complaints), it also says so in its first line
Pictures made with AI carry a machine-readable AI mark
Made for the transparency rules in Europe's AI Act (Article 50)
Always on
Accessible by default
Every live conversation tells screen readers what's happening, follows your device's reduced-motion setting, keeps keyboard focus where you expect it, keeps its text readable, and fits phone screens from 320 pixels wide, with captions and a written transcript as always.
Bigger and high-contrast captions, captions beside the picture, easy-read, slower speech, typing into a spoken conversation and a still picture, chosen by each person for themselves.
Always on
Nothing over the avatar's face
On a computer the captions sit beside the avatar and the controls in a bar under it. On a phone the captions sit in a band under the picture, or at the top of the panel when it's pulled up. Anyone who prefers captions over the picture can switch them back in the Accessibility menu.
Available
Your words, said right
List your own words and how each is said, and your avatars pronounce them that way in every live conversation. Write an acronym with spaces to have it said letter by letter. Captions and transcripts keep the word as written.
Owners and admins set it in Settings.
Available
A polite check-in when it goes quiet
If a caller goes quiet, your avatar asks warmly whether they're still there, then says it will have to go soon, then ends the call. You choose the times for each avatar, or switch it off.
Never in a job interview, a kiosk or a typed chat.
Build on it from your own systems.
Case links, chat handoffs, connected systems and the US hiring records all have an API, with a guide for each. AI assistants can ask a website avatar with no key at all.
Customers switch the available ones on in Settings. For the ones on request, write to hello@zentiqai.com. New here? We're letting people in a few at a time.
